The current research aims to identify the level of organizational relaxation among the employees of educational directorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was used, as well as a questionnaire of two parts to collect data. The questionnaire consists of (15) items divided into three themes about the relaxing level. obtained from vacuum distillation unit of lube oil plant of Daura Refinery, using solvent extraction process.

As one of the most widespread techniques in biological investigation and dynamic process, light compound microscopy has used to analyze the optical properties of biological images. The results indicate that a wide aperture allows maximum resolution and depth of field, but decreases the contrast.
