This research is an attempt to achieve the following objectives: 1. identifying the nature of the non-verbal communication skills practiced by educational counselors in individual guidance. 2. Identifying the significant differences between non-verbal communication skills exercised by educational counselors from their point of view in regard to their gender (male-female). The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool prepared based on exploratory questions of educational counselors and literature. It has consisted of (26) items over four domains applied to a sample of (50) educational counselors (male and female) who have been chosen randomly from schools located in Baghdad Education Directorate Rusafa / 2. It was treated statistically using the statistical program (SPSS). The results of the current research showed that the nature of the non-verbal communication skills practiced by educational counselors in individual guidance from their point of view was moderate. There are no statistically significant differences at the Level of indication (0, 05) in the nature of non-verbal communication skills between males and females.
The current study included bioremoval of chromium metal ions from aqueous solution by using seventeen Pseudomonas aeruginosa species isolated from different environments. The experimental results showed that isolates Pseudomonas aeruginosa have high efficiency in removal of chromium where the P. aeruginosa p.8 was the most efficient (P≥0.001) in bioremoval of chromium with a removal capacity reached 92.5 mg/L and removal index reached (96.5%). While P. aeruginosa p.4 was the least efficient (P≥0.001) in bioremoval of chromium from aqueous solutions reached 74.6 mg/L and removal index reached (79.8%). To find out a simple and efficient equation to estimate maize ear grain weight on farm (in situ), twenty three maize crosses along with two synthetics were grown in the field. On the experimental farm of the Dept. of Field Crop Sci., College of Agric., Univ. of Baghdad, seeds of twenty five maize genotypes were grown in the fall season of 2013 with three replicates.
