This research aims to identify the effect of numbered heads strategy on developing oral expression skills among fifth-grade primary students in Bisha Province. To achieve this, the researcher prepared a research tool represented in the observation card which consists of (27) statements distributed in four axes. The tool was sent to (5) experts in the field to verify their validity. In light of their corrections, the tool was developed to be valid for gathering field information. To verify the validity of the content and the reliability of the tool, the researcher applied it to a sample consists of (20) students from outside the research group. The overall coefficient of correlation between the statements of the tool is as follows: (.95, .93, .87, .88). The researcher also made an equation (Alpha Cronbach). The reliability of the tool was ranged between (0.72, - 0.86) at the level of the four tool axes, it was reached at the level of the tool as a whole (0.94), which indicates that the tool is of a high degree of reliability, and the results of the research can be trusted on. The research was applied in the field at Al-Rafaya School, one of the primary schools, which belongs to the Central Education Office in Bisha Province, during the first term of the year 1440/1441 H. After applying the tool and analyzing its data, the results revealed a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.01) between the average of the experimental group scores and the control group, in favor of the experimental group in oral expression skills in the four tool axes. The researcher used the Cohen equation to calculate the effect size. The results revealed that the value of (Z) is ranged from (3.80 to 4.50) between the control and experimental research group; all of them are significant values at the level of significance (0.01) according to Cohen's equation. The findings resulted in the positive impact of the numbered head strategy among the experimental research group in developing their oral expression skills, where the positive ranks were greater than the negative ranks in all research axes. In light of these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations.
Background: Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) constitutes about 4% of salivary epithelial tumors and is the second common malignant epithelial salivary gland tumor involving both the major and minor salivary glands. Aims of the study is to evaluate immunohistochemical expression of Ki67 and p53 proteins in ACC. Materials and Methods: immunohistochemical analyses of fifteen cases of formalin – fixed paraffin – embedded tissues blocks of ACC of salivary glands using ki67 and p53 antibodies. The current study was conducted on goalkeepers of the Academy of Espanyol Sports Club in the premises of Haifa Sports Club Stadium. Abstract Twelve isolates of bacteria were obtained from samples of different soils and water amended with 100µg/ml of five heavy metals chlorides (i.e: Aluminum Al+2, Iron Fe+2, Lead Pb+2, Mercury Hg+2 and Zinc Zn+2). Four isolates were identified as Bacillus subtilis and B. subtilis (B2) isolate was selected for this study according to their resistance to all five heavy metals chlorides. In this study, an experimental investigation on the impact of micro steel fiber volume fraction ratio and gamma ray irradiation duration influence upon the compressive strength of RPC is presented.
