The Political loyalties of the individual considered as the most important democracies through direct psychological identification in a particular party. The political parties regarded as the important elements and the foundations of the democratic system. They have effective interaction between the voters and the government institutions. The aim of the current research is to identify the quality of Islamic, the Civilian parties, and the most preferred for students. also, the research attempt to identify the level of identification party that the university students have, and the difference of identification party according to the gender (male, female), the difference of of social class (upper, middle, poor). The sample of the research included (587) male and female students from Al-Mustanisiriya University. The researchers have designed a scale to measure the identification party. The conclusion of the research is that the students of the university prefer the Civilian parties to the Islamic parties, the sample of the research of the identification party is low،, there is no difference in identification party between male and female, but the difference in identification party is according to the level of the social class. The researchers provide many recommendations according to the result, in addition, provide many examples relate to the study of topic of the research.
The genus of Chrysobothris Eschscholtz, 1829 is one of the most diverse and widespread genera of the family Buprestidae of some 700 described species distributed throughout the world. In Iraq, particularly in the Kurdistan region, about 4 species had been recorded so far, many of these species are sympatric, share larval host plants, and are difficult to reliably separate morphologically. The study aimed to identify the E-leadership practice at Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University and to explore the obstacles that are facing the leaders in the implementation of E-leadership, in addition to find mechanisms to improve the practice of electronic driving at the university in light of the Corona pandemic. A descriptive analytical approach was used by depending on a questionnaire to collect the needed data. The study sample consisted of (139) heads of departments, attorneys' colleges and support Deanships universities. The study results showed that E-leadership employment recorded a medium to high degree. The current research aims to construct a scale for the nine types of students’ personality according to Rob Fitzel model. To do this, (162) items were formed that present the nine types of personality with (18) items for each type. To test the validity of the scale, a sample of (584) students of Al-Mustansrya University were chosen. The data of their responses was analyzed by using factor analysis. The findings explored (9) factors as one factor for each type of personality with (12) items for each one. Then, the reliability of the scale was found by using the test-retest method and Alfa Cronbach method.
