The Political loyalties of the individual considered as the most important democracies through direct psychological identification in a particular party. The political parties regarded as the important elements and the foundations of the democratic system. They have effective interaction between the voters and the government institutions. The aim of the current research is to identify the quality of Islamic, the Civilian parties, and the most preferred for students. also, the research attempt to identify the level of identification party that the university students have, and the difference of identification party according to the gender (male, female), the difference of of social class (upper, middle, poor). The sample of the research included (587) male and female students from Al-Mustanisiriya University. The researchers have designed a scale to measure the identification party. The conclusion of the research is that the students of the university prefer the Civilian parties to the Islamic parties, the sample of the research of the identification party is low،, there is no difference in identification party between male and female, but the difference in identification party is according to the level of the social class. The researchers provide many recommendations according to the result, in addition, provide many examples relate to the study of topic of the research.

Aromatic Schiff-bases are known to have antibacterial activity, but most of these compounds are sparingly soluble in water. The present work describes the synthesis of new Schiff-bases derived from branched aminosugars. Treatment of 3-Amino-3-Cyano-3-Deoxy-1,2:5,6-Di-O-Isopropylene-α-D-Allofuranose (1) with the aldehydes (2) under reflux in methanol afforded the Schiff-bases (3) in good yields. The new Schiff-bases were in accord with their NMR, IR spectral data and elemental analysis.
The study aimed at identifying youth and sport forums from planning and leadership point of view and their relation with organizational culture. The researchers used the descriptive method on (140) worker in Baghdad youth and sport forums. A scale was designed for measuring planning and leadership in youth and sport forums as well as designing a scale for measuring organizational culture. After the application of the main experiment, the results showed that both youth and sport forum administration scale and organizational culture scale are appropriate to the study community. The mathematical expressions of axial velocity, stream function, mechanical effect and increase in pressure have been analytically determined. The effect of the physical parameter is included in the present model in the computational results. The results of this algorithm have been presented in chart form by applying the mathematical program.
