The aim of this research is to diagnose the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder among primary school pupils in Baquba city of Diyala province. The sample of the study consisted of (25) male and female pupils. The American Guide of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Scale (DSM-IV, 1994) was used in this study in addition to Conner’s (1996) scale to measure the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder for teachers and parents. The result revealed that (19) male and female pupils diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity to various degrees.

The aim of the research is to identify learning difficulties and their role in children's perception of self-concept. The researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach method in this study. A questionnaire was designed by the researcher to collect some related information such as biodata, family, health, diagnostic and behavioral patterns of the case. Objective: To evaluate the client's satisfaction about the services provided in primary health care centers in the
city of Baghdad and its impact on the improvement of services.
Methodology: A simple random sample consisting of (200) clients to primary health care centers in the city of

 The paper exposes a discourse taxonomy of language clichéd units in English and Russian, and presents some definitions of what is a cliché as being a semioticform of perceiving language and discourse. Also, it deals with language clichés as being units of structure reflecting a scheme of stereotypical situations of dialogue, whether among individuals of one culture, or in relation to cross-cultural communication. The paper proposes a taxonomy of units in language clichés in English and Russian by tackling clichés of daily use, such as professional, cultural, artistic, and scientific clichés.
