The research aims to know the question asking skills in terms of levels, conditions, classification, and types. The research limited to the literature that dealt with the importance of questioning for students and teachers. The most important term used in the research is the skill (Ryan defined it as "the ability to perform with great efficiency, accuracy, and ease). The results of the research are as follows: 1. the questions asked by the schoolteacher within the assessment of students' learning. 2. Teachers should focus on the lower levels of learning (remembering, understanding and comprehension) and then evaluating students at the higher levels (synthesis and evaluation). 3. Teacher with good knowledge can skillfully use the questioning inside the class. The main research recommendations are: 1. Encouraging students to ask questions through procedural patterns that help them. 2. Motivating teachers to employ all types of the question-asking skills. The most important suggestion is to conduct a questionnaire to measure the question-asking skills among teacher who teaching social subjects.
In the last few years, the use of artificial neural network analysis has increased, particularly, in geotechnical engineering problems and has demonstrated some success. In this research, artificial neural network analysis endeavors to predict the relationship between physical and mechanical properties of Baghdad soil by making different trials between standard penetration test, liquid limit, plastic limit, plasticity index, cohesion, angle of internal friction, and bearing capacity. Four local hemolysin producer bacterial isolates were selected, tow of them gram negative bacteria (Escherichia coli ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ) and the other two were gram positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus , Bacillus cereus ). PVC/Kaolinite composites were prepared by the melt intercalation method. Mechanical properties, thermal properties, flammability and water absorption percentage of prepared samples were tested. Mechanical characteristic such as tensile strength, elongation at break; hardness and impact strength (charpy type) were measured for all samples. It was found that the tensile strength and elongation at break of PVC composites decreased with increasing kaolinite loading. Epithelial ovarian cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths from gynecological malignancies. Angiogenesis is considered essential for tumor growth and the development of metastases. VEGF and IL?8 are potent angiostimulatory molecules and their expression has been demonstrated in many solid tumors, including ovarian cancer.VEGF and IL-8 concentrations were measured by ELISA test (HumanVEGF,IL-8). Bioassay ELISA/ US Biological / USA).The median VEGF and IL-8 levels were significantly higher in the sera of ovarian cancer patients than in those with benign tumors and in healthy controls.Pretreatment VEGF and IL-8 serum levels might be regarded as an additional tool in the differentiation of ovarian tumors.
