The research aims to identify the academic problems of family counseling diploma students at Saudi Universities. In addition, to identify the differences in these problems according to gender, marital status, place of study, academic specialization, and GPA. The sample consisted of (491) students. The researcher has used one questionnaire for academic problems prepared by the researcher. The research revealed the following results: There were academic problems among family counseling diploma students at Saudi Universities, the most problems were related to the systems and administrations of the university, then the field training, the buildings, classrooms and campus facilities, then the academic courses, after that the exams, then the vocational knowledge, then the academic schedules, then university professor, and finally the vocational skills. Also, there were no statistically significant differences in all dimensions of academic problems and the whole score according to gender except the exams the differences were in favor of male students. There were statistically significant differences at (0.05) in vocational skills according to marital status the differences were in favor of unmarried students, and there were statistically significant differences at (0.05) in the academic schedules, the field training, and the buildings, classrooms, and campus facilities and the whole score of academic problems according to marital status the differences were in favor of married students,. There were statistically significant differences at (0.05) in all dimensions of academic problems and the whole score except the buildings, classrooms and campus facilities according to the place of study the differences in favor of students at King Faisal University and the University of Tabuk. There were statistically significant differences at (0. 05) in the academic courses, academic schedules, and exams according to academic specialization the difference was in favor of students of arts and education specialization, and there were statistically significant differences at (0. 05) in the field training and buildings, classrooms, and campus facilities in favor of students of sciences and education specialization. There were no statistically significant differences in all dimensions of academic problems and the whole score according to GPA.

And then test the relationships between variables using the software of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V.18), the research found a number of conclusions, the most important conclusion is: the external environment factors has significant impact on the quality of educational services.
In this research, a selection of some mineral water was selected on the basis of being the most marketed by the owners of shops in Najaf province, with six types, where daily samples of this water were taken by 50 ml for two months from (1/11/2018 -1/1/2019). The following ions concentrations were measured (Br-, Cl-, F-, NO3-, SO42-, Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+), pH and the electrical conductivity were measured and the results were compared with the allowable rates according to the international organizations. Leuconostoc bacteria was isolated from local pickled cabbage (Brassica oleracea capitata) and identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides by morphology,biochemical and physiological. The local isolated L. mesenteroides bacteria under the optimal conditions of dextran production showed that, the highly production of dextran was 7.7g achieved by using a modified natural media comprised of 100ml whey, 10g refined sugar, 0.5g heated yeast extract, 0.01g CaCl2, 0.001g MgSO4, 0.001g MnCl2 and 0.001g NaCl at pH 6 and 25̊C for 24 hr of fermentation and by using 1ᵡ106 cell/ml as initial inoculums volume.
