Thirty one  samples of gum swabs were collected from patients with tooth caries (5-30 years old)  from the College of Science (Biology department )- University of Baghdad- Iraq for the period from October 2018 to December 2018. , The samples were transported, after inoculation in a transport media (nutrient broth), to the laboratory of the College of Science and then cultured on mannitol salt agar and  blood agar). أن الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو التحليل الهيكلي لبنية مقياس الصحة النفسية لطلبة الجامعة الذي طورته الجنابي (1991) باستخدام التحليل العاملي. إن 66 طالبا و95 طالبة من كلية التربية في الجامعة المستنصرية قد استجابوا لفقرات المقياس. وقد أظهر التحليل العاملي وجود خمسة عوامل فسرت 30% من التباين, وان هذه العوامل هي الإستقرار العائلي، والأمن الاقتصادي، والمسؤولية الإجتماعية، وتقدير الذات، والأمن النفسي.

Out of 150 clinical samples, 50 isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae were identified according to morphological and biochemical properties. Recently, young people have shown a desire to keep cats as pets, despite being threatened with health problems including toxoplasmosis. Therefore, the current study was aimed to detect toxoplasmosis infections among of volunteers students as well as spreading health awareness among students and knowledge about the importance of this disease. Prevalence rate and effects of liver functions were tested by measured levels of Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) enzymes while the OnSiteToxo IgG/IgM combo rapid test was used in the diagnosis of the disease.
