The research endeavored to single out the problems, difficulties and obstacles faced by the members of the staff of Baghdad University. The importance of research, then, depends upon the importance of the university lecturers and their vital role in developing the society.  The goals of the research are summarized in knowing the main problems facing those university lectures and relative weight  of these problems in addition to identifying the differences in their opinions to these problems according to the specializations variables (scientific, humanistic), the gender (males, females) and the Scientific grade (professor, assistant professor, lecturer, assistant lecturer.

This research presents a statistical study of radiation generated from communication towers in the Nineveh Plain region Baghdeda. The intensity of radiation energy was measured at 10 meters away from the communication tower in different locations, using a (1PC XH-901 Dosimeter/ Personal Dose Alarm / Radiation Detector, dosage rate: 0.01 μSv/h to 150μSv/h) to measure the amount of radiation at various times. Energy densities were measured and compared with standard limits provided by other authorities, such as the International Committee for Radiation Protection. Results were analyzed using SPSS version 26 to implement the data. The results show that the means of the radiation levels measured at all the zones do not statistically differ

Antibiotic resistance is the major growing threat facing the pharmacological treatment of bacterial infections. Therefore, bioprospecting the medicinal plants could provide potential sources for antimicrobial agents. Mimusops, the biggest and widely distributed plant genus of family Sapotaceae, is used in traditional medicines due to its promising pharmacological activities. This study was conducted to elucidate the antimicrobial effect of three unexplored Mimusops spp. (M. kummel, M. laurifolia and M. zeyheri). The aim of this research is to calculate mass transfer coefficient, k_d, during cathodic protection of low carbon steel in neutral seawater (3.5% W/V NaCl in distilled water with pH = 7). Two types of cathodic protection were used:

First: Sacrificial anode cathodic protection (SACP) were a pipeline of steel carrying seawater  using zinc as a sacrificial anode and with variable temperatures ranged (0 – 45^oC) and volumetric flow rate ranged (5 – 900 lit/hr). It was found that the k_d increases with increasing temperature and volumetric flow rate of seawater, where k_d ranged (0.24×10^-6 – 41.6×10^-6 m/s).

       The multimetric Phytoplankton Index of Biological Integrity (P-IBI) was applied throughout Rostov on Don city (Russia) on 8 Locations in Don River from April – October 2019. The P-IBI is composed from seven metrics: Species Richness Index (SRI), Density of Phytoplankton and total biomass of phytoplankton and Relative Abundance (RA) for blue-green Algae, Green Algae, Bacillariophyceae and Euglenaphyceae Algae. In this paper, a method for hiding cipher text in an image file is introduced . The
proposed method is to hide the cipher text message in the frequency domain of the image.
This method contained two phases: the first is embedding phase and the second is extraction
phase. In the embedding phase the image is transformed from time domain to frequency
domain using discrete wavelet decomposition technique (Haar). The text message encrypted
using RSA algorithm; then Least Significant Bit (LSB) algorithm used to hide secret message
