هدف البحث الى إعداد تمرينات تعليمية  بأسلوب التمرين المتغير واثره في تعلم مراحل فعالية الوثب العالي, واستخدمت الباحثون المنهج التجريبي على عينة من (20) طالبة في المرحلة الرابعة جامعة بغداد كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للبنات شعبة ( ب), مقسمين الى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة , واستخدم الباحثون منهج تعليمي بأسلوب التمرين المتغير للمجموعة التجريبية لمدة (6 أسابيع) بواقع وحدتين تعليمية في الأسبوع , واستنتجت

The current researsh is aimed to pay attention on concept of human resources hard (Difficult) to manage. Such style of human resourcses has emerged to form anew challenge for busniess organizations.

Management such human resources entails first determing incentives of their behaviour models. Analyzing these models will be important to strategical management of them from work.

In nutshell, this researsh try to recommendation of contemporary literature about future of difficult (hard) human resources management.

The enrollment of students in the university represents a new stage in their life that differ from the previous educational stages that student has previously established. It should be noted that students with special needs at the University of Baghdad are not large numbers. It appears that these students have an excel role in their colleges most often, That is, the handicap was not a barrier to their scientific progress, but rather an incentive for them to excel. This research paper aims at studying the effect of adopting the corporate social responsibility on marketing performance indicators, where the study adopted the descriptive method for theoretical concepts, in addition to the statistical approach by using the SPSS v25 program to analyze the questionnaire and test the hypotheses of the study.
