With the premise that effective use of online instructional practices is of vital importance in classrooms, the current study aimed to examine the effects of using Moodle applications to develop instructors’ skills in designing electronic tests at Dhofar University. The current researsh is aimed to pay attention on concept of human resources hard (Difficult) to manage. Such style of human resourcses has emerged to form anew challenge for busniess organizations.

Management such human resources entails first determing incentives of their behaviour models. Analyzing these models will be important to strategical management of them from work.

The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral counseling in reducing symptoms of social anxiety and improving social skills among a sample of intermediate school students in the city of Souq Al-Shuyukh at Dhi Qar Governorate. The sample consisted of (40) female students, their ages ranged (14-15). They were selected based on their high scores on the social anxiety scale.
