The Idea of our tagged research (The Impact of Dystopia In the
Formation of Narrative Time) Is summed up by monitoring the theme
of dystopia and Its impact on shaping the techniques of narrative time,
and In order to prove the Idea of our research, our choice focused on
the fictional production of a group of Iraqi women novelists that was
published In the time period (2003 AD-2020 AD) Through this theme,
we monitored how the temporal paradoxes operate from anticipation
and retrieval In the fragmentation of the narrative time, whichh in turn
presented a picture of the Iraqi reality In which the human Image
crumbled and its values were shattered and fragmented.

News are considered the most press arts that supply the target audiences with daily information and events happened inside and outside society since it is formed by depending on its resources which have a deep relation with formal corporations to gain their satisfaction in order to support their authority and spreading their domination by using mass media in editing their viewpoints and achieving wide acceptance among public opinion. The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses. The selection of Iraqi websites for the newspapers Al-Zaman and Al-Sabah was adopted as one of the most important media with a wide audience; and as a model of hot news and continuous coverage of those sites since 2003 so far.
