The aim of the current research is to identify the impact of the SWOT strategy on developing systemic intelligence among students of the Ibn Rushd College of Education for Human Sciences University of Baghdad / College of Education Ibn Rushd for Human Sciences. Performance measures are a central component of management control system, making good planning and control decisions requires information about how different subunits of organizations have performed.
