The current study is concerned with the analysis of spatial and temporal to death the elderly population in the city of Baghdad and at the level of administrative units Minor (districts and the areas) depending on the general population census of the province of Baghdad, data for 1997 and data from the Ministry of Health Department of Health and Vital Statistics for 2013.
The study showed differing age and quality of mortality rates at the level of administrative units of the study area, and notes the high mortality rates of elderly people of all age groups in 2013 compared to 1997, and this is due to security conditions after the USA occupation, and the accompanying conditions have affected the increase in mortality rates.

  In this paper, we introduce a new class of sets, namely , s*g--open sets and we show that the family of all s*g--open subsets of a topological space ) ,X(  from a topology on X which is finer than  . Also , we study the characterizations and basic properties of s*g-open sets and s*g--closed sets . Moreover, we use these sets to define and study a new class of functions, namely , s*g-  -continuous functions and s*g-  -irresolute functions in topological spaces . Some properties of these functions have been studied .

The topic of supra.topological.spaces considered one of the important topics because it is a generalization to topological.spaces. Many researchers have presented generalizations to supra open sets such as supra semi.open and supra pre.open sets and others. In this paper, the concept of δ∼open sets was employed and introduced in to the concept of supra topology and a new type of open set was extracted, which was named S∼δ∼open. In this  paper , we deal with notion of  quasi-inner product  space  by using concept of  quasi-normed  space which is generalized  to normed space and given a  relationship  between  pre-Hilbert space and a  quasi-inner product space with important  results   and   examples.  Completeness properties in quasi-inner   product space gives  us  concept of  quasi-Hilbert space .  We show  that ,  not  all  quasi-Sobolev spa
