Villages in most rural areas of the developing world, including Iraq, suffer from a deterioration in the urban structure in its various aspects, both in the lack of internal planning in terms of residential unit design which is not commensurate with the sustainable health life, in addition to the lack of infrastructure and community services networks As well as road networks linking them to neighboring urban centers, which was accompanied by the emergence of other problems, including the desire of the population to migrate to neighboring cities and the deterioration of economic activities due to lack of activation of economic development plans (Rural villages suffer from a lack of interest in urban development within the regional spatial area and hence the difficulty of achieving sustainable rural development). Assuming that through Amran rural villages, rural villages can be overcome by establishing unplanned or systematic villages. Which are spread within a specific spatial area and according to the proposals of sustainable urban development in a way that contributes to the development of the countryside and the preservation of its various development potentials (natural and human), thus achieving the goal of achieving sustainable rural development. Mainly urged to review the concepts of the study and analyze the importance of the urban development of the villages spread within the countryside of Al-Hira province as a necessity to protect the agricultural lands. Preserve the human potentials within the rural areas and propose a future developmental vision for upgrading the urban structure of the villages through the reconstruction and rehabilitation of planned and sustainable villages As solutions for sustainable urban and rural development within the study area (rural area of Al-Hira).

The aim of this work is to create a power control system for wind turbines based on fuzzy logic. Three power control loop was considered including: changing the pitch angle of the blade, changing the length of the blade and turning the nacelle. Samarium(III) ions react with (l-2(2-benzoinidazolyl-azo)-2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid in basic medium (pH = 8.0) forms a red-orange complex at A.max (550nm). The complex was found to be stable for at least 48 hrs. at the given pH. The apparent molar absorptivity is 7776.77 L.mol-1.Cm-1 and a linear calibration curve is obtained in the range (0.639x 10-5M - 6.350x 10 -5M). The stoichiometry of complex was confirmed by using mole ratio method which indicated that ratio of reagent to metal is 3:1. In this study, iron oxide nanoparticles (α-Fe₂O₃ NPs) were prepared using a readily available chili pepper plant extract from local markets. This study aims to evaluate the magnetic properties of α-Fe₂O₃ prepared in green chemistry from Capsicum plant extract. After several simple preparatory steps, such as washing and cutting, they were treated with an inorganic complex (potassium hexacyanoferrate) (K3[Fe(CN)₆]).
