Meanwhile to ensure the shaping of rational interregional proportions of the industrial location and in turn the per capita income among regions. The regional policy is integrally connected with the policy of the distribution of productive forces through investment as a factor of changes in the geographical distribution_ of output and development expressed by the changes of the location of output capacities and Tile changes of the location of industries. The research aims to identify the meaning of drug addiction, which being one of the behavioral-deviation signs. It largely seems similar to alcohol-addiction. World health organization has defined drug addiction as a sporadic or chronic-state of intoxication emerges of recurrent-consumption of drugs that impact harmfully on individual and society. A total of 61 bat specimens belonging to three species were collected from four distinct sites in the middle of Iraq. Five species of acarine ectoparasites on bats were found. These were: Steatonyssus periblepharus Kolenati, Spinturnix acuminatus (C. L. K.). Cheletonella sp. Rhizoglyphus sp., and Argas sp. Three of the recorded species were new to Iraqi fauna. The abundance and accurence of each parasite was varied from one species to another. S. periblepharus aria S. acuminatus were the most common species found in this study.
