يسلط هذا البحث الضوء على حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمؤسسات الإعلامية فيما يخص الإعلام الإلكتروني على وجه التحديد، حيث إن التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة في مجال الإعلام ومع كل جوانبها الإيجابية في سرعة نشر الأخبار والحوارات والمعلومات، وتمكين الجمهور من الحصول عليها بسهولة ويسر وبطريقة أكثر تفاعليه؛ إلا أنها جاءت ومعها العديد من الانتهاكات لقوانين الملكية الفكرية المرتبطة بحق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة.

This research deals with the responsibility of the President of the House of Representatives in the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005 and comparative constitutions as it considered the leader of the legislative authority. Therefore we research the types of this responsibility, explain the boundaries in exercised it, so in relation to the dismissal or impeachment or disciplinary responsibility, whether to identify the reasons of responsibility or its competence authority to impose, and procedures should be followed.

This study aims to study the political caricature and its indications in the Palestinian newspapers, to know its subjects, the active characters, the artistic styles, and the symbols the caricaturists use.

The study concluded that there is a variety of subjects that the political caricature handled in the studied newspapers and the degree of interest in every subject. The subjects related to the international subjects came first (% 24.5) and the other subjects came next (% 22.2).
