The goal of our study is to perform detailed multiband surface photometry of the spiral galaxy NGC 4448 and its brightest star-forming regions. The structure and composition of the stellar population in the surface brightness galaxy NGC 4448 was studied using BVR CCD photometry. The observations were obtained on the 1.88 m optical telescope of Kottamia Astronomical Observatory (KAO), Egypt. Nanocrystal-ZnS-loaded graphene was synthesized by a facile co-precipitation route. The Graphene was affected on the characterization of ZnS which has been investigated. XRD results reveal that ZnS has a cubic system while the hexagonal structure has been observed by loading graphene during preparation ZnS. D.c-conductivity proves that ZnS and ZnS/Gr have semiconductor behavior. The sensing properties of ZnS/Gr against NO₂ gas were investigated as a function of operating temperature and time under optimal condition. The sensitivity, response time and recovery time were calculated with different operating temperatures (100, 150, 200)^oC.

The aim of this research work is to evaluate the use of 980 nm diode laser in clotting the blood
in the bone socket after tooth extraction. The objective is to prevent possible clot dislodgement which is
a defect that may lead to possible infection. A number of rabbits were irradiated using 980nm CW mode
diode laser, 0.86W power output for 9s and 15s exposure time. The irradiated groups were studied
histopathologically in comparison with a control group. Results showed that laser photothermal
coagulation was of benefit in minimizing the possibility of the incidence of postoperative complications.
The formation of the clot reduces the possibility of bleeding and infection.

In this study, we investigated the ability of nanoliposomes preparation, as a nanoadjuvant, to entrap soluble Leismania donovani antigens (SLAs) and release in vitro. The parasite reactivation was carried out when inoculated into Rosewell park memorial institute media (RPMI) and incubated at 23 °C for 4 days. L. donovani promastigote inoculum (104 cell / ml) of 4 days was used to inoculate modified medium of Saline - Neopeptone and Blood agar 9 (SNB 9) to produce promastigote mass. SLAs were extracted from the promastigotes ghost membrane after fourth passages of subculturing in SNB. The membrane pellet obtained was suspended in 5 mM Tris buffer (pH 7.6) and sonicated three times at 4 °C and entrapped in freshly prepared nanoliposomes.

The Nd:YAG laser excitation source at 1064nm with pulse width and pulse duration of 9ns is used to generate power density of 5.5 x 10¹² MW/mm², with optical spectrum in the range 320 -740 nm.

This study evaluates the protective effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus Crud Bacteriocin like substance against growth of some food borne pathogenic bacteria. Antimicrobial effect of crud bacteriocin like substance was tested against the growth of S. typhi and S. aureus that isolated from food samples by agar well diffusion assay.
