The Effectiveness of a Simulation Model of Thermal Insulation in Building Materials Using Cellulose Extracted from Agricultural Waste in Baghdad
...Show More Authors

This study found that one of the constructive, necessary, beneficial, most effective, and cost-effective ways to meet the great challenge of rising energy prices is to develop and improve energy quality and efficiency. The process of improving the quality of energy and its means has been carried out in many buildings and around the world. It was found that the thermal insulation process in buildings and educational facilities has become the primary tool for improving energy efficiency, enabling us to improve and develop the internal thermal environment quality processes recommended for users (student - teacher). An excellent and essential empirical study has been conducted to calculate the fundamental values of thermal conductivity coefficient for different types of cement mortar, including the different concentrations of cellulosic fibers. And in our study, those cellulosic fibers obtained from sugarcane and sugarcane residues (agricultural waste materials) were used. The percentage is 10%; 20% and 30% of cellulose fibers were added to the cement mixtures. Then the differences are measured, specifically in the physical properties (heat capacity, density, and thermal conductivity coefficient) for 28 days. The Design-Builder program also implemented a precise simulation of the thermal loads of the external envelope of the educational building that is exposed to direct sunlight before and after the insulation process. It was found that with the use of thermal insulation material (meaning the cellulosic fiber technology) mixed with the cement mortar layer of the educational building, the given value of the heat transfer coefficient W/m2 Kelvin decreased by 47.2%. Accordingly, this contributed significantly to a significant and very significant saving in the values of electrical energy consumption by 11.9% for cooling and heating operations and to reducing dangerous carbon dioxide emissions by 52.2%. The simulation has shown that applying thermal insulation techniques to all buildings and educational facilities is highly recommended to save a large consumption in the value of electrical energy and the costs of waste materials and to ensure integrated protection for the ecosystem.

The role of Adipocytokines, Vitamin D, and C in Colorectal Cancer
...Show More Authors

Colorectal cancer is the world's 3rd most frequent malignant neoplasm and the 4th most common cancer in Iraq. Leptin and Adiponectin are two major Adipocytokines produced by adipose cells that have opposite effects on the formation of colorectal tumors. Leptin induces tumor growth and metastasis, whereas Adiponectin inhibits it. 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D controls and limits cancer cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Vitamin C deficiency, on the other hand, has been regularly detected in cancer tissues and has potent anti-cancer properties. The purpose of this study was to look at the biochemical role of circulatory Adipocytokine levels (Adiponectin and Leptin) as well as the anti-cancer potentials of Vi

The Role of Human Resources Management Professionals' Skills in Information Technology
...Show More Authors

The current research aims to measure the impact of the skills of human resources management professionals in information technology in Iraqi private banks, as the skills of human resources management professionals constitute the modern trend of banks' interest in employees with outstanding performance, and the presence of information technology in banks is a prerequisite for dealing with the huge amount of data. And converting it into information to support the decision-maker in light of a complex environment, and the field research problem was the presence of a clear lack of interest in the skills of human resource management professionals and the weak adoption of information technology, which was reflected negatively on the compet

Background: Colorectal Cancer (CRC) is one of the most serious health problems and Herpes viridae may hasten the progression of colon cancer. Aim: The purpose of conducting this research is to investigate the existence of Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV1) infection in samples of Colorectal Cancer (CRC) compared with normal tissue. Material and Methods: 40 samples of tissues (30 patients ) with CRC, and (10 samples) of normal tissue (without cancer) were obtained, for immunohistochemically analysis of Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV1) expression Results: The results showed no significant data to justify the link between both Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV1) and human colorectal cancer. Despite of presence of Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV1) found in

Features of (Possible for Itself) in the (Alashaira) opinion – Spoken Study

My study here is about the (possible for itself) features especially in the (Alashaira) opinion, also I touch to the other logicians opinions, I clarified these features concisely in the preface to be clear in front of the reader, I made it in two studies and five subjects.I talked about the meaning of the existence in the ((possible for itself) theme, and I clarified its types in the logicians and the philosophers' opinions, through which the existence and the nonexistence are equal in it, as it cannot be existed nor be nonsexist unless with a separated reason, and there is no necessity to oblige its existence, or its nonexistence is impossible. Then I talked about the outweighing of the (possible for itself) as one side  of the exi

Oxidative Stress and The Activities of Catalase , GST in Thalassemic Patients
...Show More Authors

The  study  concentrated  on  measuring  the  lipid  peroxidation marker malon di aldehyde (MDA) in sera of thirty five patients with minor Thalassemia  (Tm), thirty five with major Thalassemia (TM) and thirty five healthy control, their age ranged from (17-30) years. Erythrocytes  enzymes  (Glutathione  -S   - transferase  (GST  )and Catalase) were assayed . The results showed a significant elevation in (MDA) in sera of both patient groups compared to control.

An  increase in the activity of catalase and GST in erythrocytes of

minor Thalassemic patients compared to control was found to be significant. Also, a high significant increase in the

Semantic Operation of Place in the Legendary Movie: حيدر وسم صالح

Place is considered one of the important artistic elements in the movie through which the events occur in different arts and literatures and with its absence there isn’t any that can initiate events. Place is important for the things that we recognize, and the first fact in cinema is the place which can't be dispensed with on the level of the film or scene or cinematic shot that can't be emptied from its spatial content. The characters are always there in a place occupying some space of it, despite that it is not merely a container for the event cinematically. The researcher views the importance of discovering and observing them in this research which is divided into four chapters as follows: (theoretical framework) which includes the

The problem of the research is indicated by answering the following questions: 1) what are the attitudes of the Arabic language teachers towards homework?

2) Do the Arabic language teachers differ in their attitudes towards homework according to their specialization? 3) Do the Arabic language teachers differ in their attitudes towards homework according to their gender (male and female)? According to the three questions asked above, we may state the following hypotheses. There is no statistically significant difference between the average of the marks of Arabic language teachers in the real practice of the scale of the attitudes towards their homework and their average in the hypothetical practice of the
