Background: Meclizine hydrochloride (MCZ) is an antihistamine that is used as an antiemetic to prevent and cure nausea and vomiting. Because of its limited water solubility and first-pass metabolism, it exhibits variable absorption. Objective: To formulate and evaluate MCZ as an intranasal in situ gel with increased residence time and permeability. Methods: We made an inclusion complex of MCZ using various cyclodextrins as a complexing agent to help the drug dissolve better. IN this work, a titanium dental implant was modified by electro-polymerized of 4-allyl-2-methoxyphenol (Eugenol) using direct current lower than 3.5 volt. The modification of titanium dental implant was achieved to improve its corrosion resistant. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was employed to confirm the electro-polymerization of Eugenol to Poly Eugenol (PE) on pure titanium. Deposition of PE on titanium was confirmed by X-ray diffraction and was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The surface morphology of polymeric film were examined through scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Coated titanium by (PE) revealed a good corrosion protection efficiency even at temperature ranged (293-323)K in artificial saliva.

we studied the effect of low level laser therapy (LLLT) using diode laser with wavelength of (790-805) nm in promotion and enhancement of wound healing of episiotomy and to evaluate the analgesic effect of LLLT in reducing the pain sensation caused by the episiotomy wounds. The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss). The results revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty, which means that when the managers have a Transformational Leadership leads to having organizational loyalty.

The present study explored the anti-inflammatory potential of two doses of fimasartan against methotrexate-mediated nephrotoxicity.
