In this study, we introduce new a nanocomposite of functionalize graphene oxide FGO and functionalize multi wall carbon nanotube (F-MWCNT-FGO).The formation of nanocomposite was confirmed by FT-IR ,XRD and SEM. The magnitude of the dielectric permittivity of the (F-MWCNT-FGO) nanocomposite appears to be very high in the low frequency range and show a unique negative permittivity at frequencies range from 400 Hz to 4000Hz. The ac conductivity of nanocomposite reaches 23.8 S.m-1 at 100Hz.

Solanum americanum is a new annual shrubby plant seen recently in fields and gardens of Baghdad city. A new species is described and illustrated, inhabit wet or semi dry places and have consequently a mesophytic habit. A detailed morphological study of the stems, leaves, Inflorescence, flower, male and female reproductive organs and fruits has been done, revealed several interesting taxonomic characteristics, which have not previously been studied in Iraq. A multivariate multisite hydrological data forecasting model was derived and checked using a case study. The philosophy is to use simultaneously the cross-variable correlations, cross-site correlations and the time lag correlations. The case study is of two variables, three sites, the variables are the monthly rainfall and evaporation; the sites are Sulaimania, Dokan, and Darbandikhan.. The model form is similar to the first order auto regressive model, but in matrices form.
