Anemia is one of the common types of blood diseases, it lead to lack of number of RBCs (Red Blood Cell) and amount hemoglobin level in the blood is lower than normal.
In this paper a new algorithm is presented to recognize Anemia in digital images based on moment variant. The algorithm is accomplished using the following phases: preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction and classification (using Decision Tree), the extracted features that are used for classification are Moment Invariant and Geometric Feature.

In this research, a new technique is suggested to reduce the long time required by the encoding process by using modified moment features on domain blocks. The modified moment features were used in accelerating the matching step of the Iterated Function System (IFS). The main disadvantage facing the fractal image compression (FIC) method is the over-long encoding time needed for checking all domain blocks and choosing the least error to get the best matched domain for each block of ranges. The technique of adding Carbon Nano-Tubes to What liquids is a new important method used to enhance the thermal properties of liquids such as specific heat and heat capacity.
The experimental part was carried out using water-based nanoparticles such as Carbon Nano Tubes, with different concentrations at (0.1, 0.3, o.5and 0.7wt %) of MWCNT (Multi Wall Carbon Nanotubes) and distilled water as a base, in different temperatures. The change in the value of heat capacity of a liquid was investigated. The value of heat capacity for Nano fluids increased with increasing the Carbon NanoTubes particles,when as compared with the value of heat capacity for distilled water . The performance analyses of 15 kWp (kW peak) Grid -Tied solar PV system (that considered first of its type) implemented at the Training and Energy Research Center Subsidiary of Iraqi Ministry of Electricity in Baghdad city has been achieved. The system consists of 72 modules arranged in 6 strings were each string contains 12 modules connected in series to increase the voltage output while these strings connected in parallel to increase the current output. According to the observed duration, the reference daily yields, array daily yields and final daily yields of this system were (5.9, 4.56, 4.4) kWh/kWp/day respectively. The present work provides theoretical investigation of laser photoacoustic one dimensional imaging to detect a blood vessel or tumor embedded within normal tissue. The key task in photoacoustic imaging is to have acoustic signal that help to determine the size and location of the target object inside normal tissue. The analytical simulation used a spherical wave model representing target object (blood vessel or tumor) inside normal tissue. A computer program in MATLAB environment has been written to realize this simulation. This model generates time resolved acoustic wave signal that include both expansion and contraction parts of the wave.
