Thirty uropathogenic E. coli isolates were isolated from hospitalized and non hospitalized patients, complaining of urinary tract infections, of Al-Kadhymia Teaching Hospital and subjected to tRNA extraction. A method of tRNA extraction was modified by adding sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) instead of urea. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and two methods of staining, ethidium bromide staining and silver staining, as well as spectrophotometric detection were used.

This study aimed at examining the role played by the media outlets during the coverage
of the presidential election campaigns 2020 of the United States of America.
The analytical study used through a partial inventory of the research community
for almost three months from the announcement of the candidates’ names by
the major parties on August 13 to November 6، which is the official election day in
the U.S. National Public Radio Station (NPR) to achieve the objectives of the study.
The study reached a number of conclusions related to the contents، methods and
sources of media coverage of the election campaigns of the 2020 U.S. at the mentioned

The adsorption process was performed at different experimental parameters, equilibrium time, temperature, ionic strength and solution pH. The isotherms of adsorption are of H-type as compared with Giles curves and the adsorption data were coincide with Freundlich equation. The adsorption kinetic data were analyzed using pseudo- first and second order kinetic models. Nine carbonic sources were represented by starch, maltose, fructose, sucrose, glucose, arabinose, xylose, sorbitol and mannitol) at concentration of 1% for each source.
