            In this paper the research represents an attempt of expansion in using the parametric and non-parametric estimators to estimate the median effective dose ( ED50 ) in the quintal bioassay and comparing between  these methods . We have Chosen three estimators for Comparison. The first estimator is

Three azo compounds were synthesized in two different methods, and characterized by FT-IR, HNMR andVis) spectra, melting points were determined. Background:- Cholesterol is high in ascetic fluid due
to malignancy and other causes of exudates.

Methods:-Twenty eight patients were included in this
study 17 females with mean age of 41.9 years, 11

suspected exudate according to history and clinical
