Compelling evidence proved that coronavirus disease (COVID-19) disproportionately affects minorities. The aim of this study is to investigate the sedimentation environments and diagenetic processes of the Ibrahim Formation (Oligocene-early Miocene) in Zurbatiya, eastern Iraq.
