Three isolates of  P. aeruginosa were isolated from burnt patients. The ability of these isolates for adhesion and formation of slime layer were tested, the result showed that all isolates were able to adherence on the smooth surface. The sensitivity of  P. aeruginosa isolates for antibiotics were tested , all isolates were sensitive  to Gentamycin, Piperacillin and Amikacin Ciprofloxacin, and  resist to Tetracyclin, Amoxicillin, Cephalexine , Ceftriaxone. The aim of this research was to indicate the opinion of the Iraqi consumer about the quality and safety of local food products, the questionnaire was included 19 questions for product quality, price, distribution and promotion as a tool to survey the opinions of 128 consumers in Baghdad, the data was analyzed by using percentage, weighted mean, and weight percent, the results obtained showed that the Iraqi consumer prefer local food products for their high quality and appropriate price, however they need attention to packaging, promotion and distribution.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the possibility of using Staphylococcus epidermidis cells as a probiotic to treat some skin infections. For this purpose, S. epidermidis Y73, which is an active bacteriocin producer and non-biofilm forming isolate, was selected among 134 skin isolates through primary and secondary screening. The inhibitory effect of partially purified LPS on Candida glabrata yeast was studied in a microdilution method. This study found that LPS has an inhibitory effect on Candida glabrata with the lower concentrations. The inhibitory effect of LPS which treated with heating was studied under boiling and wet heat effect.
