The aim of this research is to clarify the importance of total quality management. Total quality management considered as a cultural process covering the various aspects of activities in society that helps human well-being, as well as the development of its efficiency and ability. They also have an effective role in achieving the desired goals that will benefit humanity. The concept of total quality management in the Qur'an is a broad, comprehensive and well integrated concept that aims to improve human life economically and socially. Quality in the Qur'an is a mean to achieve human beings happiness.
In this research we will highlight a successful story of quality management from Qur'an that ensures consumer protection and support of economy which is the story of the Prophet Youssef (p). It is a unique story that are mentioned and praised in Qur'an as an example of total quality management.

In this study, phytoplankton density, chlorophyll-a, and selected physico- chemical parameters were investigated in Erbil wastewater channel. The surveys were carried out monthly from May 2003 to April 2004. Samplings were established on three sites from headwaters to the mouth. The results showed that pH was in alkaline side of neutrality, with significant differences (P<0.05) between sites 1 and 3. TSS concentration decreased from site 1 toward site 2 (mean value, 80.15 to 25.79 mg.l-1). The research aims to identify the factors that affect the quality of the product by using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) tool and to suggest measures to reduce the deviations or defects in the production process. I used the case study approach to reach its goals, and the air filter product line was chosen in the air filters factory of Al-Zawraa General Company.
