The aim of this research is to clarify the importance of total quality management. Total quality management considered as a cultural process covering the various aspects of activities in society that helps human well-being, as well as the development of its efficiency and ability. They also have an effective role in achieving the desired goals that will benefit humanity. The concept of total quality management in the Qur'an is a broad, comprehensive and well integrated concept that aims to improve human life economically and socially. Quality in the Qur'an is a mean to achieve human beings happiness.
In this research we will highlight a successful story of quality management from Qur'an that ensures consumer protection and support of economy which is the story of the Prophet Youssef (p). It is a unique story that are mentioned and praised in Qur'an as an example of total quality management.
In the past, an absolute authority was held by the father and his decisions were imposed
and obeyed strictly without discussion. Later, many economical changes took place and
affected all of the family members dramatically creating a whole new concept of authority
in the family, a one that is based upon sound leadership, mutual understanding and
consultation among family members.
Women carried responsibility of doing all domestic jobs and served family members,
however, when she went to work outside her house, these loads began disturbing and
exhausting her. Therefore, man started to participate in assisting his wife. In addition,
industrial advances contributed in making these jobs easier than before.

In the early 90s military operations and United Nations Special Commission “UNSCOM” teams have been destroyed the past Iraqi chemical program. Both operations led an extensive number of scattered remnants of contaminated areas.
