This work is based on the synthesis of Cobalt(II) and Cadmium(II) mixed-ligands compounds obtained from the reaction of N'-(4-methylsulfanyl-benzoyl)-hydrazine carbodithioic acid methyl ester as a ligand and using ethylendiamine (en), 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) as a co-ligand. The synthesis of ligand (HL) was based on multi-steps synthetic procedure. The reaction of 4-methylsulfanyl-benzoyl chloride with hydrazine gave 4-methylsulfanyl-benzoic acid hydrazide. Another method for computing operational matrices of derivative and integration D_b and R_(n+1)^B respectively is presented. Also the result of the proposed method is compared with true answers to show the convergence and advantages of the new method.
Six isolates of Bacillus thuringiensis were isolated from Iraqi soil characterized as non- insecticidal and non- hemolytic parasporal inclusion proteins. Bacterial isolates were propagated on nutrient broth. Then, the parasporal inclusion proteins were extracted and processed with proteinase K and trypsin. The major protein segments produced of 64KDa were characterized and tested for cytocidal activity against human leukemic T- cells (CLL) (Chronic lymphoid leukemia). Results indicated that the treated parasporal proteins of four isolates (Bt2, Bt3, Bt4 and Bt6) showed strong cytotoxicity with no significant differences between normal lymphocytes and leukemic lymphocytes.
