A streptococci has recognized as Streptococcus spp., associate with acute pharyngitis. S. pyogenes infection Has detected in the Hospital and Health Center in Tikrit city. Throat swabs sample has obtained and cultured on a sheep blood agar plate. Identification of S. pyogenes was performed by using the VITEK 2 automatic system. It detected of 50 samples from children included 25 were positive for S. pyogenes infection. were aged 10-35 years old and included 30 male and 20 female. . While 25 sample Negative of S. pyogenes infection (The control group included 25 clinically healthy children without S. pyogenes infection matched for age and sex with cases pateints). No significant differences was reported between tonsillitis patients and healthy control in terms of Complement 4 proteins (33.21 ±14.18726 , 35.57±15.56254) , C3 (268.5±14.34 , 146.06±17.83) although increased complement level in patient group. The present study revealed no significant decrease levels of C4 of tonsillitis patients with negative ASOT than those with positive. the disease duration and ASOT have significant effect on CRP and complements components serum levels in patients with tonsillitis.
Background : Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of infertility in reproductive-age women , it is an important harbinger of metabolic disorders. It has been reported that hyperamylasemia can be used as marker of ovarian cancer patients . The current study was conducted to evaluate amylase activity and to estimate the correlation of this enzyme with insulin and insulin resistance in PCOS patients. The appearance of Mixed Mode Oscillations (MMOs) and chaotic spiking in a Light Emitting Diode (LED) with optoelectronic feedback theoretically and experimentally have been reported. The transition between periodic and chaotic mixed-mode states has been investigated by varying feedback strength. In incoherent semiconductor chaotically spiking attractors with optoelectronic feedback have been observed to be the result of canard phenomena in three-dimensional phase space (incomplete homoclinic scenarios).

The study aims at showing the effect of basil oil on the sensory properties of the laboratory biscuits. the results show the sensory valuation before and after the storage. the (A4) equation exceeds 15% of T exchange (3 , 4 , 5 g. basil 19 , 55 g . fats )in most of the studied sensuous qualities. Then, the (A5) equation of 20% exchange percentage (4.60g. basil oil + 18.40g. fats). Then, the (A3) equation of 10% exchange percentage (2.30g. basil oil + 20.70g. fats).
