White and black chia seeds were used in some food products, such us gluten –free biscuits processing by using rice flour and chia seeds (white and black) with these amonths 112.5, 74.25, 56.25, 27.5 g with 27.5g of quinoa seeds for treatments 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively, and comparison sensitively with the control treatment which has no additions including the appearance and homogenization of the product, surface cracks, softness, taste and flavor, core color and the specific volume, some microbiological tests were performed for biscuit product after storage for 4 months at 30 and 50°C including bacterial total count and fungal and yeast count, results showed that there weren’t any observation of bacteria or yeast or fungal growth at the beginning till the end of storage.
This research aims to use chemical reaction to determine some of beta lactam antibiotics which include cephalexin and ceftriaxone in some pharmaceuticals by formation Prussian Blue complexes and using them for the UV-Vis., determination of drugs at wavelengths range (700- 720)nm by reaction them with FeCl3 in the presence of reagent K3[Fe(CN)6] in acid media . This paper describes the development of a simple spectrophotometric determination of bismuth III with 4-(2-pyridylazo) resorcinol (PAR) in aqueous solution in the presence of cetypyridinium chloride surfactant at pH 5 which exhibits maximum absorption at 532 nm. Beer's law is obeyed over the range 5-200 µg/25 mL. i.e. 0.2-8 ppm with a molar absorptivity of 3×104 l.mol-1.cm-1 and Sandell's sensitivity index of 0.0069 µg.cm-2. The method has been applied successfully in the determination of Bi (III) in waters and veterinary preparation.
