All the studied groups were carried out to measure anti-tissue transglutaminase antibodies IgA and IgG by ELISA test and anti-endomysial antibodies IgA and IgG by IIFT. This study was conducted to determine the fungal cause and bio control of damping off and root rot of wheat plants by using pseudomonas fluorescens under greenhouse and field conditions. Results showed isolation of eight species from the soil and roots to deferent region of Baghdad government. Rhizoctonia solani (Rs) and Fusarium solani (Fs) were the predominant damping off fungus with frequency 60 and 52% respectively. This study concerns the isolation of oil degraded bacterial samples from oil polluted soil in Al-Dora refinery/ Baghdad – Iraq. Soil samples (15) were on mineral salt agar medium (MSM) used to screen the oil degrading bacteria by forming clear zones around the colonies.      The present study was designed to select a suitable isolate of Lactobacillus sp. in order to use it as a probiotic formula for treating diabetic foot ulcer disease in diabetic mellitus patients. In order to determine the inhibitory action, 240 isolates of Lactobacillus from different sources, were taken and exposed for screening tests to evaluate the (antagonism-activities) toward 4 multi-drug resistant foot ulcer pathogens which were chosen from 120 pathogenic isolates:  Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia, Proteus mirabilis, and P. aeruginosa.
