Spinal Tuberculosis in Children
...Show More Authors

Tuberculosis continues to be the leading cause of morbidity and mortality, with an estimated annual incidence of 10.4 million worldwide. It has been estimated that 10% of patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis have musculoskeletal involvement, with the spine being the most common. Spinal tuberculosis (TB) accounts for 50% of cases of musculoskeletal tuberculosis.

Spinal tuberculosis is the result of infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is a secondary infection, the primary lesion of which is in the lungs, genitourinary system, or gastrointestinal tract and can be active or latent. Involvement of the vertebral segment is the result of hematogenous spread of infection along the arterial pathway or Batson's vein plexus, lymphatic spread, or direct invasion from adjacent internal organs.

Computed tomography (CT) is better suited for assessing the extent of the lesion when contrast is used to enhance granulomatous tissues and abscesses, but exposes the patient to high radiation. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can detect changes that occur in the early stages of the disease. WHO has suggested that any extrapulmonary tuberculosis should require sputum examination and chest x-ray, as there is a high risk of pulmonary infection. Thus, computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are the main modalities for detecting tuberculous spondylitis.

The present study, entitled “ linguistic characteristics (the morphology - nominal suffixes ) of a number of (Quriyat or koyrat ) by the poet Kamal Mustafa Daquqli, aims at studying and making a comparison between  Turkmen dialect written and spoken forms that show many of the hidden language structures. Similarly, the study sheds light on the poet as one of the most prominent literary figures in Turkmenistan literature.

Turkman Quriyat is one of Turkman blank verse significant forms. Apart from (songs and Quriyat) and until the 19th C., folk poetry has been stalled for a long time but reclaimed its literary high position in the middle of the 20th C.

The study introduction briefly discusses Tu

Gas sensing characteristics of (TiO2)1−x (ZnO: MgO)x thin films doped and undoped with Au NPs for NO2 and H2S detection prepared by spray pyrolysis
...Show More Authors

In this study, thin films of pure titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) and titanium dioxide dual mixed with zinc oxide (ZnO) and magnesium oxide (MgO) with varying concentrations of (ZnO: MgO) x ranging from 0 to 30 wt% undoped and doped gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were prepared on glass using the chemical spray pyrolysis (CSP) technique. The morphological, structural, and sensing properties of the prepared thin films were examined. Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) analysis revealed that these films exhibit a consistent structure before and after doping. Initially, the roughness of these films was observed to increase upon the introduction of impurities (ZnO: MgO) x . This trend reversed at x = 0.20, where a decrease in roughness occurred. Various semantic innovations and expansions have been tackled as factors and sources of neos.  A variety of internal (linguistic) and external (extra-linguistic) motives and motifs leads to the appearance of new terms causing such changes in the political language.  Some statesmen are productive in introducing new terms and creative in manipulating expressions and meanings.

New words are nonces that get metaphorical expansion for quadrilateral motivations resting on extra meaning innovation, new terms at the semantic expansions to be honed as neos.  In tracing the phases of the semantic processes of neos and hulks, lexical and semantic changes might be of widening or narrowing of refe

In this paper Alx Ga1-x As:H films have been prepared by using new deposition method based on combination of flash- thermal evaporation technique. The thickness of our samples was about 300nm. The Al concentration was altered within the 0 x 40.
The results of X- ray diffraction analysis (XRD) confirmed the amorphous structure of all AlXGa1-x As:H films with x  40 and annealing temperature (Ta)<200°C. the temperature dependence of the DC conductivity GDC with various Al content has been measured for AlXGa1-x As:H films.
We have found that the thermal activation energy Ea depends of Al content and Ta, thus the value of Ea were approximately equal to half the value of optical gap.
