Oxidative stress plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of peripheral artery disease (PAD). This study aimed to investigate the effect of clopidogrel on oxidative stress in PAD patients. Seventy subjects were divided into three groups: PAD patients before treatment (B-PAD), PAD patients after treatment with clopidogrel (A-PAD), and healthy controls. Serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn), and oxidized protein were measured. SOD activities were also determined.      The present study explored the possible role of adenosine deaminase and guanine deaminase in diabetic foot ulcers which is considered one of the main chronic complications of diabetes mellitus. Serum adenosine deaminase, guanine deaminase, and some biochemical parameters were investigated in 54 patients with diabetic foot ulcers and 40 healthy individuals. According to our findings, adenosine deaminase and guanine deaminase activities are much higher in diabetic foot ulcer patients than in healthy individuals. A strong positive correlation was found between adenosine deaminase and guanine deaminase activities.      We report  the influence of different glycine-to-nitrate ratios on the physical and magnetic properties for synthesized zinc-ferrite by  microwave-assisted combustion route. Phase impurity and surface morphology investigated with XRD analysis and field emission- scanning electron microscopy, indicated that  spinel structure  were  formed.Average particles size increased  with the decrease of glycine to nitrate ratio.
