Numerical simulations are carried out to investigate the possibility of observing
extrasolar planet nearby star via optical telescopes. Several techniques are
considered in this study in order to quantitatively assess their quality in suppressing
the wings of the point spread function of optical telescope of a reference star. The
optical telescope with circular Gaussian shape aperture reveals extrasolar planet
even with contrast ratio 10-7 while the square Gaussian shape aperture reveals the
planet with 10-5.

The present work provides theoretical investigation of laser photoacoustic one dimensional imaging to detect a blood vessel or tumor embedded within normal tissue. The key task in photoacoustic imaging is to have acoustic signal that help to determine the size and location of the target object inside normal tissue. The analytical simulation used a spherical wave model representing target object (blood vessel or tumor) inside normal tissue. A computer program in MATLAB environment has been written to realize this simulation. By measuring Adropin, fasting blood glucose (FBG), cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein (HDL), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), and very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) in the sera of Iraqi patients with MetS and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), the current study was designed to compare some crucial markers in metabolic syndrome (MetS) sera and diabetic patients (T2DM) with control.
