The synthesis of [1,2-diaminoethane-N,N'-bis(2-butylidine-3- onedioxime)] [II2L] and its cobalt(II), nickel(II), copper(II), palladium(II), platinum(II, IV), zinc(II), cadmium(II) and mercury(II) complexes is reported. The compounds were characterised by elemental analyses, spectroscopic methods [I.R, UV-Vis, ('H NMR. and EI mass for H2L)], molar conductivities, magnetic moments. I.R. spectra show that (H2L) behaves as a neutral or mononegative ligand depending on the nature of the metal ions. 1 - Detection of the degree of social values (truthfulness, honesty, cooperation) of the
primary first class students who compose members of the research sample in general.
2 - Are there significant differences at the level (0,05%) between the average degree of
members of the research sample in the values (truthfulness, honesty, cooperation) among
students enrolled and not enrolled in kindergarten and in general.
3 - Are there significant differences at the level (0,05%) between the mean scores of
individuals in the sample values (truthfulness, honesty, cooperation) in the light of two
variables: A - Gender (male / female), b - enrolled and not enrolled in kindergarten.

Objective: The aims of research to identify sample of websites of Arabian medical periodicals and exam applying to
standards for publishing on the internet.
Methodology: A survey method is applied about nine medical periodicals websites and data are collected through
