The optimum cultural conditions for garamicidin production by local isolate B.brevis were studied.Best result was obtained when the isolate B.brevis was grown on media composed of 1%glucose as carbon source,1% ammonium chloride as a nitrogen source ,0.5% Dipotassium hydrogen orthophosphate as a phosphate source and after 48 hours of incubation at 30C .Garamicidin has been extracted and purified through acid precipition and then extracted by organic solvent (ether& acetone ).Using HPLC the garamicidin antibiotic showed three types A,B and C garamicidin .

In the present work, the focusing was on the study of the x-ray diffraction, dielectric constant, loses dielectric coefficient, tangent angle, alter- natively conductivity and morphology of PET/BaTio3. The PET/BaTio3 composite was prepared for polyethylene terephthalate PET polymer composite containing 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 wt. % from Barium titanate BaTi03 powder. The composite of two materials leads to form mixing solution and hot-pressing method. The effect of BaTio3 on the structure and dielectric properties with morphology was studied on PET matrix polymer using XRD, LCR meter and SEM.

To study the relationship between the age of patients with pulmonary TB and serum IL-6 levels, from the other hand, the severity of this disease with IL-6 levels.      In this study, cadmium oxide (CdO) was deposited on glass bases by thermal chemical spraying technique at three concentrations (0.05, 0.1, 0.15) M and then was irradiated by CO₂ laser with 10.6 μm wave length and 1W power. The results of the atomic force microscope AFM test showed that the surfaces of these CdO thin films were homogenous and that the laser irradiated effect resulted in decreasing the roughness of the surface as well as the heights of the granular peaks, indicating a greater uniformity and homogeneity of the surfaces.
