A Studyof The Physicochemical Characteristics of Selected Wells of AL-Migdadiyah Town – Dyala/Iraq

Physicochemical characteristics of groundwater in AL-Miqdadiyah town were studied by taking random water samples from six differents wells from July to December 2010. The results were compared with the international standards for drinking-water of WHO and FAO and the iraqian limits . Fourteen parameters were analysed. It was found that most of studied wells waters in the allowed limits for drinking water . Except W1 & W2 which had the hight values of turbidity during summer  season only . The present study showed clear differents between winter & summer values in (turbidity , TDS , Cl- , NO2 and Na) . While the remaining characteristics showed exiguous differences in the same period .Although , the most of results refer to the parameters with in prescribed limit of water quality for drinking purpose but the presence of Na ,Mg and Ca ions in addition to the total hardness which considered dangerous health indicator mast attention to select the suitable  treatment methods and special health studies on the population which used these waters for different purposes .

THE WATER ECOSYSTEM OF THE MARSHES OF MAYSAN GOVERNORATE USING REMOTE SENSING AND GIS

The study addressed the water ecosystems of the marshes of Maysan Governorate as one of the important areas in Iraq in terms of the environmental, economic and tourism aspects. This area was exposed to great environmental changes due to natural and human factors which greatly affected the water ecosystem and made the area susceptible to many problems that affected the biological life of living organisms. The marshes of Maysan Governorate was affected by vital factors and non-vital factors. The marshes of Maysan Governorate was characterized by the UN Organization as one of the most important centers of biodiversity in the world because of the abundance of different and rare living organisms such as birds, fish, and reptiles as well as the e

Impact beyond the knowledge when students of the Faculty of education in teaching methods

Research aims to know the impact beyond the defined in the collection. The research community is the second school students at Baghdad University and a research sample (63) students, the number of experimental group (27) students and a control group (30) students.  The researcher was rewarded in variable lifetime for students and educational attainment and educational level of the parents and the educational level of mothers. The researcher has developed a test took the number of paragraphs (20).  A test was true after it has been submitted to the Group of arbitrators. The test was consistent with test method used and the reliability coefficient (0, 88). Either the statistical methods used by the researcher are: Pearson correla

Investigation into the Distribution of Erosion-Corrosion in the Furnace Tubes of Oil Refineries

Crude oil is one of the most important sources of energy in the world. To extract its multiple components, we need oil refineries. Refineries consist of multiple parts, including heat exchangers, furnaces, and others. It is known that one of the initial operations in the refineries is the process of gradually raising the temperature of crude oil to 370 degrees centigrade or higher. Hence, in this investigation the focus is on the furnaces and the corrosion in their tubes. The investigation was accomplished by reading the thickness of the tubes for the period from 2008 to 2020 with a test in every two year, had passed from their introduction into the work. Where the thickness of more than one point was measured on each tube in the sa

The impact of structural economic imbalances on inflation Case Study of the Iraqi economy

Abstract:

There is a close relationship between rigidity and distort structure of production and productivity and inflation rates. The effects of this relationship are distorted the contribution rate of the productive sectors and the disproportionate of exchange rate in foreign trade.

raising the general level of prices is one of the way that have been used by previous governments (inflationary financing or deficit financing) in order to speed up the process of capital formation, depending on the availability of economic resources idle.

The fabricating inflation for development does not represent a true understanding of the nature of the

Investigation of the Electron Coefficients of (Ar, He, N2, O2) Gases in the Ionosphere

In this study, the electron coefficients; Mean energy , Mobility and Drift velocity  of different gases  Ar, He, N2 and O2  in the  ionosphere have been calculated using BOLSIG+ program to check the solution results of Boltzmann equation results, and effect of reduced electric field (E/N) on electronic coefficients. The electric field has been specified in the limited range 1-100 Td. The gases were in the ionosphere layer at an altitude frame 50-2000 km. Furthermore, the mean energy and drift velocity steadily increased with increases in the electric field, while mobility was reduced. It turns out that there is a significant and obvious decrease in mobility as a result of inelastic collisions and in addition lit

Study the effect of biosynthesized gold nanoparticles on the enzymatic activity of alpha-Amylase

In this paper, investigates the biosynthesis of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) by biochemical method using Myrtus communis leaves extract as reducing agent and Chloroauric acid (HAuCl4) as precursors. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and FTIR were used in addition to UV-visible spectroscopy (UV) in order to characterize the AuNPs. The biosynthesized AuNPs exhibited inhibitory effects on alpha amylase and alkaline phosphatase in sera of patient with type 2 Diabetes Miletus and the sera of healthy control subjects; the inhibition percentage with alpha amylase was 72 % and 45 % for patient and control group respectively. Oral consent obtained from the most of patients and healthy subjects before them being under

Synthesis of Sodium-Lead Apatite Structure with the Excess and the Lack of Sodium

X-ray phase analysis was used to analyse the composition of Pb8Na(2±x)(PO4)6 (lead-sodium apatite structure) with different X values (X values refer to changes in the excess or lack of sodium (2±X) in the apatite structure): -0.15, -0.10, -0.05, 0.00, +0.05, +0.10, and +0.15. The ceramic method (solid-state reaction) was used to synthesize all samples at a temperature of 800 °C. Many programs, such as match software (v.3), PDF-4 database (ICCD), and database PDF-4 (ASTM), were used to study the single phases. The least-squares method was used to calculate the unit cell parameters. Results have shown that the following compositions: Pb8Na2(PO4)6<

The Effect of Daniel's Model on the Achievement of Chemistry Among Fifth Grade Student

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of Daniel's model on the skills of the twenty-first century among the students of the scientific-fifth grade at the secondary and preparatory government morning schools for the academic year 2022- 2023. Two groups were chosen out of five groups for the fifth-scientific grade, one of which represents the experimental group that is taught by the Daniel model, and the other is the control group that is taught in the traditional method. The equivalence of the two research groups was verified with a set of variables. As for the research tool, a scale was developed by the researchers for the skills of the twenty-first century, in which they adopted the framework of the Partnership Organizat

Criminal protection of the internal state security in light of the fourth generation wars

The research deals with a very important topic, which is social security viewed in the context of criminal protection for state security and the challenges it faces after a decisive change in the methods of war. The research also presents a different division of the generations of wars. We limit ourselves to four of them based on the change in the strategic war objectives and not just the means of committing them. This is because these means are not suitable for describing the real changes in the patterns of wars and the goals that it seeks to achieve. The research stresses the importance of putting the concept of state security in its correct framework, which is part of social security, so that the interest of the political system and the
