The present paper analyzes the signal emitting from the Reticle during changing the spot size of laser falling on the disk and shows the optimum frequency and the amount of energy window in different patterns of modulator (Reticle). All results are obtained by establishing a special program named “Disk optical modulator version 3" using the language visual basic 6 ahich contains many parameters. All models of optical modulator consist of twenty sectors, ten sectors are opaque and other ten sectors are transmitted for the laser. The number of sectors depends on several factors as chopping frequency, power transparent and modulation transfer function. It has been demonstrated by simulations, the optimal value of modulation transfer function is achieved when spot size of laser 0.3 mm and any increasing in spot size lead to decrease in MTF value.
Physiological status and litter size can indeed have a significant impact on ewes' hematological parameters, which are essential indicators of their health. Therefore, this study examined the hematological profiles of ewes during pregnancy with single and twins in the Awassi ewes. The present study involved 232 ewes in good health and at sexual maturity. Among them, 123 ewes had single pregnancies, while 109 ewes had twin pregnancies. The age range of the ewes included in the study was between 3.5 and 4.5 years. This study was carried out in the bee laboratory in the Faculty of Agriculture –University of Kufa in September 2021 to evaluate some protein sources and hive products against the oriental hornet Vespa orientalis Linnaeus 1771 (Hymenoptera: Vespidae). The food sources included: beef meat, gut fish, beef lung, honeybee, wax, propolis, pollen, bee worker, and water, in addition to control which was an empty petri dish. The number of visits and their duration were calculated. The results showed that the wasps preferred bee honey and wax significantly higher than the rest of the stimuli.
