The study aimed to identify the extent of contamination of some imported canned meat to Iraq through the assessment of the level of certain hormones, antibiotics and parasites which included canned food samples and different types of canned beef and luncheon meat beef and canned luncheon and canned chicken. The results showed for the level of certain hormones progesterone hormone that has a high level of these models in terms of its value ranged from (21.7-34.5) ng/ml and either hormone testosterone was within allowable level where its value ranged from (1.4-4.4) ng/ml As for antibiotics , there has been effective inhibitory in all canning toward the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and E.Coli and by ranged between 1020 mm indication of the presence of the antibiotic tetracycline , and as for the parasites , we did not find any parasite in this canned meat . It is clear from the foregoing that the need for all kinds of imported canned meat subject to continuous detection of contamination with antibiotics and hormones because of its direct impact on the preservation of public health.

(b) Comparison between deferent forms of generalizations of continuous functions. (c) Relationship between compositions of deferent forms of generalizations of continuous functions. Moreover, we expanded the above generalizations and namely almost w-weakly (resp., w-closure, w-strongly) continuous functions and we state and prove several results concerning it.

The cytotoxic effect of catechol was examined in two human cancer cell lines, Epidermoid larynx carcinoma (Hep- 2), Cerebral glioblastoma multiforme (AMGM-5) and Murine mammary adenocarcinomacell (AMN3) treated with half concentrations of catechol (1000, 500, 250, 125, 62.5 and 32.25 μM) for 72 hr. Hesperidin is found in high concentration in fruit peel of oranges and in substantially lower concentration in juice of these fruits. Hesperidin was extracted from oranges peel by treating the peels with calcium hydroxide. HPLC technique was used to determine hesperidin. Hesperidin was saperated and purified in a purity of about 90.1-95.7% and yield about 1.5 %w/w from oranges peel dry powder.
