Gel-biopolymers were prepared by different weights of two polymers (PVA, and PEG) dissolved with distilled water. Thick films of these polymers were prepared by using the casting method, with different thicknesses (t= 0.48, 0.34mm for PVA and t=0.58 mm for PEG). The objective of this research is to determine the viability of the organic polymer films of PEG and PVA on decomposition and the time required for their degradation  in the soil. In this paper the specific activity of 238U, 232Th and 40K
radionuclides were determined by sodium iodide enhanced by
thallium NaI(Tl) detector and assessment the annual effective dose
in samples of powder milk from different companies such as
Almunaish, Seven Caw, Molty and Altunsa for adult available in
Baghdad markets. The specific activity of 40K has the greater value in
all the samples which is in the range of allowed levels globally that
suggested by UNSCEAR. The mean value of annual effective doses
were 0.121, 0.314775 and 0.305 mSv/y for 238U, 232Th and 40K
respectively.

In this paper, a mathematical model consisting of the two harmful
phytoplankton interacting with a herbivorous zooplankton is proposed and studied.
The existence of all possible equilibrium points is carried out. The dynamical
behaviors of the model system around biologically feasible equilibrium points are
studied. Suitable Lyapunov functions are used to construct the basins of attractions
of those points. Conditions for which the proposed model persists are established.
The occurrence of local bifurcation and a Hopf bifurcation are investigated. Finally,
to confirm our obtained analytical results and specify the vital parameters, numerical
simulations are used for a hypothetical set of parameter values.
