Despite the G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) being the largest family of signalling proteins at the surface of cells, their potential to be targeted in cancer therapy is still under-utilised. This review highlights the contribution of these receptors to the process of oncogenesis and points to some likely challenges that might be encountered in targeting them. GPCR-signalling pathways are often complex and can be tissue-specific. Cancer cells hijack these communication networks to their proliferative advantage. This class of sets is strictly placed between the class of gp- closed sets and the class of gsp- closed sets. Further the notion of b- space is introduced and studied.

   In this paper, a new class of sets, namely - semi-regular closed sets is introduced and studied for topological spaces. This class properly contains the class of semi--closed sets and is property contained in the class of pre-semi-closed sets. Also, we introduce and study srcontinuity and sr-irresoleteness. We showed that sr-continuity falls strictly in between semi-- continuity and pre-semi-continuity.

The removal of commercial orange G dye from its aqueous solution by adsorption on tobacco leaves (TL) was studied in respect to different factor that affected the adsorption process. These factors including the tobacco leaves does, period of orange G adsorption, pH, and initial orange G dye concentration .Different types of isotherm models were used to describe the orange G dye adsorption onto the tobacco leaves. The experimental results were compared using Langmuir, and frundlich adsorption isotherm, the constants for these two isotherm models was determined. The results fitted frundlich model with value of correlation coefficient equal to (0.981). The capacity of adsorption for the orange G dye was carried out using various kinetic models
