Let be a commutative ring with unity and let be a submodule of anon zero left R-module , is called semiprime if whenever , implies . In this paper we say that is nearly semiprime, if whenever , implies ( ),(in short ),where ( )is the Jacobson radical of . We give many results of this type of submodules.

    In this paper, new concepts of maximal and minimal regular s are introduced and discussed. Some basic properties are obtained. The relation between maximal and minimal regular s and some other types of open sets such as regular open sets and   -open sets are investigated.

This paper contains an equivalent statements of a pre-  space, where  are considered subsets of with the product topology. An equivalence relation between the preclosed set  and a pre-  space, and a relation between a pre-  space and the preclosed set  with some conditions on a function  are found. In addition, we have proved that the graph  of  is preclosed in if  is a pre-  space, where the equivalence relation  on  is open.

     On the other hand, we introduce the definition of a pre-stable ( pre-stable) set by depending on the concept of a pre-neighborhood, where we get that every stable set is pre-stable. Moreover, we obtain that

       For the development of negative streamer, a one dimension simulation is presented when a negative electric field is applied at atmospheric pressure to a 4 mm gap in nitrogen. At applied electric fields of 55, 60, 65 and 70 kV/cm, streamer parameters were studied at various time intervals. The aim of this paper is to determine the minimum electric field that must be applied for stable propagation of negative streamer discharge in nitrogen gas. As functions of position and time, the calculations provide detailed electron and ion density predictions, electric fields and density of space charges. In the current paper, we study the structure of Jordan ideals of a 3-prime near-ring which satisfies some algebraic identities involving left generalized derivations and right centralizers. The limitations imposed in the hypothesis were justified by examples.
