Aim of this study was to assess the seroprevalence of Toxoplasmosis and
Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection among aborted women. This study was
performed on 282 aborted women and 50 normal pregnant women (control group)
collected from Al-Yarmouk Teaching Hospital and Fatima Al-Zahraa Hospital for
Obstetrics and Children during October 2013 until the end of February 2014.The
samples were tested with Latex Agglutination Test (LAT) and CMV Rapid Test
Cassette as a primary screening for T. gondii and CMV antibodies in the women

The seismic reflection and gravity data were used to detect the tectonic boundaries in Kut-Hai-Fajir and surrounding areas, central Iraq. The depth maps of Dammam, Nhr Umr, and Sulaiy, formations were constructed and used to detect some boundareis in the study area. The residual gravity map and Total Horizantal derivative (THDR) also used to detected the tectonic boundaries. It is obtained that most boundaries or faults found in the deep formations; while some of them showen in the shallow fomations. Out of 150 different specimens, 67 S. aureus isolate were isolated. However, 16sRNA gene was located only in 60 isolates. In this work the Aluminum plasma in Air produced by Nd: YAG pulsed laser, (λ = 1064 nm, τ = 6 ns) has been studied with a repletion rate of 10 Hz. The laser interaction in Al target (99.99%) under air atmosphere generates plasma, which is produced at room temperature; with variation in the energy laser from 600-900 mJ. The electron temperature and the electron density have been determined by optical emission spectroscopy and by assuming a local thermodynamic equilibrium (LTE) of the emitting species. Finally the electron temperature was calculated by the Boltzmann plot from the relative intensities of spectral lines and electron density was calculated by the Stark-broadening of emission line.
