The aim of this paper is to study the nonlinear delay second order eigenvalue problems which consists of delay ordinary differential equations, in fact one of the expansion methods that is called the least square method which will be developed to solve this kind of problems.

The diagnosis of acute appendicitis (AA) sometimes is illusive and the accompanying clinical and laboratory manifestations cannot be used for definitive diagnosis. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value of neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in detection of AA. Materials and Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that included a total of 80 adult patients with AA and 62 age- and gender-matched patients with abdominal pain due to causes other than AA. A three-stage learning algorithm for deep multilayer perceptron (DMLP) with effective weight initialisation based on sparse auto-encoder is proposed in this paper, which aims to overcome difficulties in training deep neural networks with limited training data in high-dimensional feature space. At the first stage, unsupervised learning is adopted using sparse auto-encoder to obtain the initial weights of the feature extraction layers of the DMLP. At the second stage, error back-propagation is used to train the DMLP by fixing the weights obtained at the first stage for its feature extraction layers.   In  this  paper, we  introduced   some  fact  in   2-Banach  space. Also, we define  asymptotically  non-expansive  mappings  in  the  setting  of  2-normed  spaces analogous  to  asymptotically non-expansive mappings  in  usual  normed spaces. And then prove the existence of fixed points for this type of mappings in 2-Banach spaces.
