In this paper, we introduce a new class of Weighted Rayleigh Distribution based on two parameters, one is the scale parameter and the other is the shape parameter introduced in Rayleigh distribution. The main properties of this class are derived and investigated . The moment method and least square method are used to obtain estimators of parameters of this distribution. The probability density function, survival function, cumulative distribution and hazard function are derived and found. Real data sets are collected to investigate two methods that depend on in this study. A comparison is made between two methods of estimation and clarifies that MLE method is better than the OLS method by using the mean squares error.

Die vorliegende Forschung handelt es um die Satzfelder, besonders das Mittelfeld des Satzes im deutschen und Arabischen. Diese Forschung wurde mit der Satzdefinition, Satzglieder begonnen, damit wir diese klar werden und dann werden die Felder des Satzes gut gekannt. Der erste Abschnitt schlieβt auch den Mittelfeld des Satzes und, wie man das Feld erkennen und bestimmen kann. Die Forschung untersucht auch. Ob es in der arabischen Sprache den selben Struktur wie im Deutschen gibt, z.B Bildung des Satzes sowie Satzfelder bezügllich das Mittelfeld.

Der zweite Abschnitt handelt sich um den arabischen Teil und behandelt die Wortarten im Arabischen sowie den Satz als auch Satzarten (Nominal- Verbal- Halbsatz).

Factors affecting global virtual teams’ performance in software projects

Today the trend is to perform software development work via distributed geographical area among team

individual or even as an organization. However

due to the global market and international presence of many companies

there is a need to implement a global virtual teams. The global virtual team members are gradually engaged in globalized business environments across space

time and organizational boundaries via information and communication technologies. A global virtual team relies on communication

collaboration

and information exchange are the most important criteria in global virtual teams’ operations. The purpose of this paper is to answer two research questions. The first research question is to identify the factors affecting global virtual teams’ performance. A systematic literature review was conducted to answer the first research question. The second research question is on what the rank of the factor affecting the global virtual teams’ performance according to their level of effect on global virtual teams’ performance. Online survey was conducted within 103 developers and IT managers from eight IT companies to answer the second research question. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS 22) was used to analyze the collected data. In this study
