Two orders of zooblankton,were studied Cladocera and Copepeda in two classes Calanoida and Cyclopoda, where it was studied inside floating cages and for breeding fish placed in the Tigris River in the Rashidiya area. Has been study The population density of zooplankton groups and measure some chemical and physical characters, was studie where she collected samples of zooplankton and water from two locations of cages (inside the cages, after 100m from cages). The study was conducted within six months from January to the end of June 2014 during which there was study of the Wallace pH, water temperature, biological oxygen demand and dissolved oxygen, as to the zooplankton study the species disappeared inside cages of fish and existed after 100 meters from the cages also the different between the individual through the month study the highest range in June reached to 16.55 individual/ liter and the lowest range record in January reached to 6.60 individual/ liter, in addition to having changes in the physical and chemical factors, where the high water temperature ranged to 32CËš where the density of three zooplankton in this range is 16.10 per individual/ liter and the low range record in January amounted to 10CËš and three phytoplankton density are 6.50 per individual/ liter and highest rate of pH recorded in April to 8.02 and the lowest rate was recorded in May reached to 7.42 also recorded the density of phytoplankton in this rate between 9.02 and 7.46 individual/ liter, respectively. Also ranged dissolved oxygen values in the water has highest rate recorded in March amounted to 7.70 mg/L, while the three phytoplankton density reached to 12.14 individual/ liter, and its lowest rate was recorded in May to 5.95 mg/L and density of the three individual phytoplankton to 7.46 per individual/ liter. The value of the BOD has shown highest in February reached to 6.50 mg/L and lower rate in April reached to 4.20 mg/L and recorded phytoplankton density during these rates between 8.61 and 9.02 individual/ liter, respectively
The harmonic oscillator (HO) and Gaussian (GS) wave functions within the binary cluster model (BCM) have been employ to investigate the ground state neutron, proton and matter densities as well as the elastic form factors of two- neutron 6He and 16C halo nuclei. The long tail is a property that is clearly revealed in the density of the neutrons since it is found in halo orbits. The existence of a long tail in the neutron density distributions of 6He and 16C indicating that these nuclei have a neutron halo structure. Moreover, the matter rms radii and the reaction cross section (𝜎𝑅 ) of these nuclei have been calculated using the Glauber model.

The optimum cultural conditions for garamicidin production by local isolate B.brevis were studied.Best result was obtained when the isolate B.brevis was grown on media composed of 1%glucose as carbon source,1% ammonium chloride as a nitrogen source ,0.5% Dipotassium hydrogen orthophosphate as a phosphate source and after 48 hours of incubation at 30C .Garamicidin has been extracted and purified through acid precipition and then extracted by organic solvent (ether& acetone ).Using HPLC the garamicidin antibiotic showed three types A,B and C garamicidin .

The wave function is generated using a two body effective interaction fpd6 and fp space model. The one body density matrix elements (OBDM) are calculated for these isotopes using the NuShellX@MSU code. The effect of the core-polarizations was taken through the theory microscopic by taking the set of the effective charges. The results for the quadrupole moments by using Bohr-Mottelson (B-M) effective charges are the best. The behavior of the form factors of some Calcium isotopes was studied by using Bohr-Mottelson (B-M) effective charges.

For the first time in Iraq, the crustacean Ergasilus ogawai Kabata,
1992 was recorded from the gills of Silurus triostegus, Mastacembelus mastacembelus, Mystus pelusius and Acanthopagrus latus out of 12 fish species caught from Garmat Ali river north of Basrah city during the period from September 1999 till August 2000. The percentage incidence of infestations of these four fish species were 98.9%, 100%,
49.6% and 71.4% while the intensity of infestations were 417, 81.8,
3.4 and 2, respectively. No significant differences in infestations of
male and female hosts with this crustacean were detected.
