In this work, we find the terms of the complex of characteristic zero in the case of the skew-shape (8,6, 3)/(u,1), where u = 1 and 2. We also study this complex as a diagram by using the mapping Cone and other concepts.

Backgrounds: Despite advances in management of diabetes mellitus, it remains one of the major causes of morbidity and mortality, yet diabetic nephropathy is one of the main complications of diabetes mellitus. .Microalbuminuria is the beginning to the renal complications of diabetes mellitus; it is a significant index of early detection as well as monitoring the progression of diabetic nephropathy.                                                       

Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae appears good growth when replicate to culture with heavy crude oil. K. pneumoniae was less ability to biodegrade the heavy crude oil (66.22 wt.%) compare with P. aeruginosa 74 wt.%). Also the emulsion percent were about 64.8 % and 62.5 % for K. pneumoniae and P. aeruginosa, respectively. The results showed that the emulsions produced from both the strains decrease the surface tension of the media from 68.43 Mn/m (for control sample) to 44.50 and 43.30 Mn/m for P. aeruginosa and K. pneumoniae, respectively. Background: Neonatal septicemia (NNS) is the most serious complication in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) that demand urgent diagnosis and accurate treatment.
Methods: Serum was obtained from 31 neonates aged 1 hour-28 days that were diagnosed clinically and bacteriologically to have neonatal septicemia.
Results: Mean serum levels of both IL-8 and IL-1 recorded a significant increase in neonatal septicemia cases.
Conclusion: Usage of IL-8, IL-1 as diagnostic marker for NNS reduces unnecessary antibiotic therapy and therefore unnecessary costs, pain, and possible side effects of antibiotic
therapy and it may help to reduce development and spread of drug resistant bacteria.

In the present study, the growth and total lipid contents of two oleaginous fungal isolates Aspergillus terreus, Aspergillus fumigatus were compared in different nitrogen and organic carbon sources.  Artificially the fungi were cultured on media consisting of various mono- or di- or polysaccharides and  peptone or yeast extract as elementary sources for carbon and nitrogen, respectively.
