Effect of Alkaloids Extracts From Solanum nigrum L.(Solanaceae) in DNA -Plasmid PBR322 by Using Gel Electrophoresis

Four  alkaloids  compounds  were  extracted  from  the  fruits  and leaves, of plant known locally as (Anab AI-Thebe Solanum nigram), by various solvents systems, from an earlier study by the researcher. DNA tested its effect in plasmid PBR322 deportation  method using Gel Electrophoresis. Results showed that two of those extract for full effectiveness   digestible   pieces  of  RNA and  DNA  plasmid,   and digestive  partly  of  the  other  alternatives.  That  could  prove  results indicate that this type of alkaloids consist of   biological effectiveness of anti-twnors, through DNA digestion spare low molecular weight, as well as their effectiveness as antibacterial which   had been found previously.

In fish, a complex set of mechanisms deal with environmental stresses including hypoxia. In order to probe the hypothesis that hypoxia-induced stress could be manifested in varieties of pathways, a model species, mirror carp (Cyprinus carpio), were chronically exposed to hypoxic condition (dissolved oxygen level: 1.80±0.6mg/l) for 21 days and subsequently allowed to recover under normoxic condition (dissolved oxygen level: 8.2±0.5mg/l) for 7 days. DYE REMOVAL FROM TEXTILE WASTEWATER BY COAGULATION USING ALUM AND PAC

coagulants was conducted. The main objective is to examine the efficiency of these
coagulants in the treatment of dye polluted water discharged from Al-Kadhymia Textile

jar test by comparing dye percent removal at different wastewater pH, coagulant dose,

Effect of some plant extracts on germination and seeding of Raphanus sativus and effect on surface growth ofRhizoctonia solani

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of leaves extract of Salvia sclarea , Rosmarinus officinalis and Thymus vulgaris with 10% and 30% concentration on germination of seeds and growth of seedlings . The effect of these extracts on infection percentage of seeds decay and surface growth of Rhizoctonia solani . The results showed that the three extracts effected significantly to reduced percentage of seeds germination, acceleration of germination , promoter indicator , infection percentage of seeds decay and surface growth of R. solani especially in 30% concentration .
